遭遇paypal新骗术
年前开始自己做soho不久，就遇到paypal新骗术，麻烦至今未了解，现在把前前后后经过都写出来，好让大家对这个新骗术有所些了解。
一月初的时候在国外一个网站上发布了产品信息，效果还不错，每天都能接到五六封邮件，1月11接到一封邮件，一个署名James自称美国人写的，说自己经营一家在线购物网站，感到我的产品很合适，问能不能提供更详细的信息，价格能不能优惠。
这是James的第一封邮件：
I introduce my company "Online Sales Agency"..We are a medium sales agent and we have wide clientales of expats coming to Europe for the first time and are looking for good and standard used items..We are trusted and by our customers cos they are sure of walking home with a good bargain..
In this vane i seek to purchase your product for sale at an offer £160 ,pls give me the best offer you are willing to go for?,i hope it is in good excellent working condition..I would like to see a pics of this Motocycle..your response is ardently needed for us to forge ahead..
这个对我当然比较有吸引力，购物网站要是能搞定的话，以后不是源源不断的供货了？
我就回信，告诉他网站上我发布的信息是市场终端价，如果批量采购的话，价格是零售价的一半，80镑，五个的话，是400镑。
James快又回信：
Thanks for your mail amd am sorry for getting back to you late,It's just that i travelled out of europe..Am happy with your last price and i have forward it to my client to make up the payment to you,So i needed 5 of it. as you have said tht you will be selling it for ￡80 each.The payment will come informs of ￡1400,So as soon as you deducts you asking price of ￡400,So you will have to send ￡1000 to the shipping agent that i will be directing you to as soon as the payment clears your bank.More over payment must clear your bank before the pickup of the items.So get back to me with your details to where the payment will be send to sure as:Your name:

Postal code:
Phone number:
As soon as i get these details the payment will get to you by next week monday..
邮件里说，他要发过来1400镑，让我扣掉400镑的货款，把其余部分交还给货代；这个我有点纳闷，想了半天，大概是他和他的货代之间的资金往来吧？
我没怎么多想，把上面的信息填好了发给他。
James回邮件：
Thanks i got your details and i want to be sure if you read and understand my mail cos i wantted 5 of it which is ￡400,So my client will issue out the cheque of ￡1400 on you name to your address you provided.As soon as the payment clears your bank you deducts your asking price for the 5 and send the ￡1000 to the shipping agent i will direct you to as soon as the payment clears your bank...Can you cash an Uk cheque in china?.So consider it sold to me.Moreover payment must get clear before the pickup of the items.
Yea am glad you understood my way but you still not answered my other question..I asked if you can clear an Uk cheque in china?So let me answer yours.The cheque will be send out by next week so i will say it will get you on friday next week...Do you have a paypal acct maybe that will be faster.Get back now....
想用支票支付。
打电话问中行，英国支票在国内兑现，大概要多久？电话里blablabla说了半天，我也没弄明白到底什么流程。不过时间我是记住了：3~6个月！TNND，哪位同志兑现过国外的支票？是不是真的这么久？
我当然严辞拒绝，让俺收支票，不干！
